Estas son dos obras rarísimas hechas por artesanos con corteza de arbol africano, representan a figuras Masái en el rito de la recolección de agua. Las compré en el año 1992, en un viaje periodístico, a un mercachifle que tenía un puesto solitario (una simple mesa) en medio de la nada, en el país de Kenia. No las quería vender. Un amigo fotógrafo en NYork, hace varios años, que se dedicaba a vender arte aficano me comentó que lo que tenía era una rareza única, sin antecedentes sobre este arte.
